Service201 - the desired pressure cannot be achieved
Service202 - quick pressure loss

Service201 - the desired pressure cannot be achieved
Symptoms:
The Master does not work properly, the liquid is not spattered the way it used to be (occurs after long periods of not using the sprayer and not smearing it).
The stream of liquid coming out of the nozzle` s tip (3) is not proper or it stops coming out after a while.
Reasons:
Probably the holes in core - nozzle trunk (5) are jammed.
There are two such holes which can be seen after unscrewing the regulated nozzle (3).
Other possible reason: The regulated nozzle (3) can be jammed as well.
Solution:
Clean both holes with a thin wire. You can eventually use an ordinary paper clip.

Service202 - quick pressure loss
Symptoms:
Despite pumping the pressure after some time is not high enough to spray properly and the motion of the piston while pumping seem to be resistless.
Reasons:
Probably the pump valve (8) or piston o-ring 11 x 4 mm (2) is broken.
Solution:
Examine the pump valve (8). It should adhere tightly to the to the surface of pump cylinder (7). If it does not the pump valve should be replaced.
The 11 x 4 o-ring (2) should be examined too. In order to do so, turn the pump cylinder (7) counterclockwise and pull out the pump piston (1) from the cylinder. If any damages are found the o-ring should be replaced.
While mounting the sprayer back together you musn` t forget about smearing the o-ring 11 x 4 (2) and the inside part of pump cylinder (7) with silicone smear.
