Service201 - the air/liquid runs through the nozzle while pumping (pressure cannot be achieved)

Symptoms:
When pumping Master Plus whole pumped air/liquid escapes through the nozzle (13) - the sprayer doesn't hold the pressure.
Reasons:
Probably the valve’s bushing (15) is missing.
Solution:
Contact your retailer and ask for a new valve's bushing.
This problem can only occur if other clients had access to the device before purchase. All Masters Plus sprayers are complete when they leave our factory.
Concern series:

Master Plus Viton 1500, 2000

Service202 - air/liquid escapes  through the sprayer head's body
Symptoms:
When pumping the sprayer the pumped air/liquid escapes through the sprayer head (08) - in other words the pumping pushes out the air/liquid out of the tank.
Reasons:
Pump's valve cap (20) is either not in place or missing.
Solution:
Unscrew the sprayer's head (08) and examine it. If the pump's valve cap fell out of the pump you will find it at the bottom of the tank - take it out and push it into the pump.
If the pump's valve cap cannot be found please contact your retailer.

Service203 - a whistling sound can be heard while pumping, no pressure can be achieved
Symptoms:
When pumping the sprayer you can hear a whistling sound, moreover no pressure can be achieved.
Reasons:
The oring (16) is not in place.
Solution:

Service204 - the liquid flow (stream) from the nozzle is uneven and irregular
Symptoms:
There is no problem with achieving the pressure but the liquid flow (stream) is uneven, irregular, you can see drops instead of fine mist.
Reasons:
The nozzle (13) is too tightly screwed.
Solution:
Unscrew the tip of the nozzle a bit. The stream angle can be adjusted by turning the nozzle clock and counter clockwise. However, the nozzle's tip should move freely (do not screw it tight)
