General usage recommendations:

- During work, do not put the sprayer on its side because air not liquid will be sucked.
- Do not fill in the container above the working capacity.
- Do not expose the sprayer to sunlight or to temperatures below +4ºC.
- Do not use contaminated sprayer for any other purposes than spraying chemicals.
- After finishing work, empty the sprayer completely, wash it a few times with water and clean the filter in the lance handle.
- After assembling the sprayer, blow some air through the lance and the handle.
- If you observed increased resistance in pump piston, feeding valve lever or safety valve, lubricate them with silicon lubricant (ignoring this will result in damaging the gaskets).
- When using to spray plants with chemicals, you must comply with safety and hygiene regulations and strictly follow instructions given on the package of those chemicals.
- If you leave some liquid in the lance during winter, expanding ice may damage the valve and the handle.

Usage recommendations for compression sprayers Profession, Profession Plus, Hobby, Jumbo:

- After finishing work, cleaning the sprayer and blowing air through it, you should:
- Unscrew hose connected to the handle, remove R40 filter, and clean it (preferably under running water).
- Check if the pump works easily without any jamming. If you feel any resistance, remove the pump, unscrew the piston rod, and lubricate gaskets and the cylinder using silicon lubricant.
- Unscrew the bottom nut from the feeding valve - R020j, remove the valve piston with a spring, clean it, lubricate with silicon lubricant, put it back into the valve and screw the nut tight in.
- Unscrew the nozzle cap, remove the nozzle, wash it and reassemble.
- Check if the safety valve handle, after pulling, returns to its normal position. If it jams, unscrew the R26 safety valve nut, remove the valve pin, clean it and lubricate slightly with silicon lubricant.
- Reassemble the valve and screw the valve nut tight.

Damages and ways of removing them:

SY: After winter season water leaks from the handle
RE: Freezing water ruptured handle or valve.
DE: Replace it (valve & handle – R020j)
RE: The valve or the hose nut is not screwed tight
DE: Screw the valve tight or replace gasket

SY: Feeding valve leaking by the handle
RE: Damaged valves cylinder top gasket - it wasn’t lubricated periodically
DE: Replace gaskets or the cylinder or even the entire R020j valve (don’t forget about
lubricating the valve!)

SY: Feeding valve is closed, but the lance is leaking
RE: Damaged valves cylinder bottom gasket (it wasn’t lubricated periodically)
DE: Replace gaskets or the cylinder or even the entire R020j valve (don’t forget about lubricating the valve!)

SY: Weak spraying action although the pressure in the tank is high
RE: R40 filter is dirty
DE: Unscrew the hose, remove the R40 filter and clean it or replace with a
new one

SY: Liquid stream is uneven
RE: Nozzle end piece is dirty
DE: Unscrew the nozzle cap and clean nozzle

SY: The maximum pressure can not be reached
RE: Pump rubber cap is dirty
DE: Clean or replace gaskets. Lubricate the pump with silicon lubricant
RE: Pumps cylinder gasket is worn out
DE: clean or replace the gasket; lubricate the pump piston and the pump cylinder

SY: There’s air in the hose; liquid stream is interrupted
RE: Intake pipe M08 in container is not pushed tight into hose stub pipe R82c
DE: Unscrew the hose, remove the pipe and push the stub pipe hard in (you can also glue it together).
